16-year-old boy hospitalized after West Side shooting; police search for two male suspects

SAN ANTONIO — A 16-year-old was hospitalized with life threatening injuries after a shooting on Sunday evening.

Officers responded to the shooting around 6:30 p.m. near Menchaca and Elmendorf Street.

Police on scene said a teen boy was rushed to the hospital with multiple gunshot wounds to his torso area.

Two male suspects, including possibly one juvenile, fled the scene.
