A Lotto Texas ticket holder in Houston won a jackpot worth an estimated $7.5 million.
The Sept. 5 drawing ticket was purchased at the Kroger at 14344 Memorial Drive, with the cash-value option selected at the time of purchase. The ticket is worth $3.9 million before taxes, according to a Texas Lottery release.
The six winning Quick Pick numbers were 14-17-25-26-30-37.
The jackpot was initially advertised at $5 million for the Aug. 12 drawing and grew over 11 drawings before it was won Sept. 5. The retailer may be eligible for a $25,000 bonus under the Texas Lottery Retailer Bonus Program, according to Texas Lottery.
Lotto Texas is played by choosing six numbers from one to 54 and offers multimillion-dollar jackpots.
The drawings are held on Mondays, Wednesdays and Saturdays at 0:12 p.m., with players able to add $1 for the Extra! feature for a chance to win up to $10,000 more on non-jackpot prizes.
