SAN ANTONIO — City Council was scheduled to receive briefings Wednesday on proposed San Antonio Water System rate adjustments for fiscal years 2027 through 2030.
SAWS staff and city financial officials were expected to provide an update and a recommendation on the proposed adjustments during the council’s B Session at Municipal Plaza.
Council also was set to discuss a requested waiver of SAWS impact fees for the Villas at Timberwood subdivision. The item includes a requested waiver of the city’s policy requiring developments to be within city limits to qualify for impact fee waivers.
