LUBBOCK, Texas (KCBD) – Texas Tech police are asking for the public’s help as the department investigates a report of sexual assault this week.
The crime alert sent to the campus community shows it happened just after midnight Thursday morning.
The two students apparently accepted a ride from multiple people they did not know in a black pickup truck.
They were leaving the Broadway area.
The students say they don’t remember much after accepting the ride, and the identities of the strangers are unknown.
Anyone with information related to this case, or any similar incidents, is encouraged to contact the Texas Tech Police Department.
