Green, an Alabama native, has emerged as one of country music’s biggest stars after releasing his self-titled EP in 2018. His breakthrough hits include “There Was This Girl” and “I Wish Grandpas Never Died,” along with “Different ‘Round Here,” featuring Luke Combs, and the Ella Langley duet “You Look Like You Love Me.” Green, a former Jacksonville State University quarterback, has won both CMA and ACM awards.

The lineup then takes a trip back to the 1990s with Sammy Kershaw, who will headline Retro Rodeo on Feb. 15 at 7 p.m.

Kershaw became one of the decade’s most recognizable traditional country voices after breaking through with “Cadillac Style” in the early 1990s. He followed with hits including “Queen of My Doublewide Trailer,” “Haunted Heart,” “Love of My Life” and his chart-topping “She Don’t Know She’s Beautiful.”

Southern rock takes over the following night when The Marshall Tucker Band performs Feb. 16 at 7 p.m.

Formed in Spartanburg, South Carolina, in 1972, The Marshall Tucker Band became one of the defining groups of the Southern rock era, blending rock, country, blues and jazz. The band’s catalog includes “Can’t You See,” “Heard It in a Love Song,” “Fire on the Mountain” and “Searchin’ for a Rainbow.” More than five decades after its formation, founding lead vocalist Doug Gray continues to lead the group.

Texas country star Clay Walker returns to the rodeo stage for Ranch Rodeo on Feb. 18 at 7 p.m.

Walker, who grew up in the Beaumont area, broke onto the country charts in the early 1990s and quickly became one of the era’s biggest hitmakers. His long list of songs includes “Live Until I Die,” “Dreaming With My Eyes Open,” “This Woman and This Man,” “Hypnotize the Moon,” “Then What?” and “She Won’t Be Lonely Long.”

Clint Black rounds out the newly announced group with a performance Feb. 23 at 7 p.m.

Raised in Katy, Texas, Black exploded onto the country music scene in 1989 with his debut album, “Killin’ Time.” The album produced five No. 1 singles and helped make Black one of the leading artists of country’s celebrated “Class of ’89.” His hits include “A Better Man,” “Killin’ Time,” “Nobody’s Home,” “Like the Rain,” “Summer’s Comin'” and “When I Said I Do.”

The five performers join a lineup that already includes Flatland Cavalry, Turnpike Troubadours, BlackHawk and Keith Urban.

Flatland Cavalry will kick off the rodeo’s entertainment lineup on opening day, Feb. 11 at 7 p.m. Turnpike Troubadours will perform Feb. 13 at 7:30 p.m., followed by BlackHawk on Feb. 14 at 7:30 p.m.

Keith Urban is scheduled for two performances Feb. 20 at noon and 7:30 p.m.
