Born on Halloween in 1934, Joanne always made that day a special one for the family, with lots of treats and decorations galore! She was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Allen; her parents, June and James Tangney; and her brother, Charles Tangney. Left to cherish her memory are her children, Karen McCarver and husband, David, Kathy Short, and Allen Short; her grandchildren, Jess Hewitt, Lauren Amiton and husband, Rian, Mark Foster-McCarver and husband, Riley, Mike McCarver and wife, Lena, Alaina Short, Brian McCarver and wife, Bianca, David McCarver and wife, Sherry; 11 great-grandchildren; and her dear friends Glenda Schmidt and Joan Martin.
