Suspect jailed after shots fired at Northeast Side apartment complex

SAN ANTONIO – One man is in custody after police responded to reports of a shooting at a Northeast Side apartment complex.

The call came in around 7:30 p.m. Monday at an apartment complex on Cripple Creek near Harry Wurzbach.

Police say no one was hit, but officers were able to track down a suspect. He was arrested and taken downtown for processing.

This morning, he is facing an aggravated assault with a deadly weapon charge and remains behind bars.
