SAN ANTONIO — Drivers will see overnight closures this week as part of the I-35 Northeast Expansion Program.

The Texas Department of Transportation plans to close several I-35 frontage roads and exits north of Rittiman Road and along Eisenhauer Road from Tuesday to Friday, Oct. 6-9, weather permitting. Northbound I-35 drivers will lose access to the frontage road beyond Rittiman Road and Exit 164 B between 9 p.m. and 5 a.m. Tuesday through Thursday and from 11 p.m. to 7 a.m. on Friday. Southbound I-35 frontage road at Eisenhauer Road, Exit 164 A and the northbound to southbound U-turn at Eisenhauer Road will also close during the same overnight hours.

All closures depend on weather conditions and drivers are asked to follow posted detour signs.
