After Salad and Go’s catastrophic conclusion, the future of its tiny restaurant stalls had fallen victim to a back-and-forth battle between rival coffee chains. With that conflict now resolved, we now have a better understanding of to whom the remaining fast-salad stands will go.

According to court documents, popular Arkansas-based chain 7 Brew successfully acquired Salad and Go’s 19 Texas leases in an approved bulk deal. Another auction awarded 7 more stands to the chain’s parent company Brew Culture and other buyers, including an operator of Philadelphia-based Rita’s Italian Ice and Frozen Custard and Sip Side, a Dallas-based drive-thru beverage and bites chain. Here’s the full list:

In August, Salad and Go closed all its locations after filing for Chapter 11 bankruptcy. The restaurant chain, which had retreated from Texas at the start of 2026, said the Cyclosporiasis outbreak and declining sales contributed to its downfall.

Dutch Bros Coffee had emerged as an early bidder for the restaurant chain’s shuttered locations, but 7 Brew ended up outbidding them in September. It’s not immediately clear whether 7 Brew is going to turn those spaces into coffee shops. 7 Brew has yet to respond to Chron’s request for comment.
