If a career in law enforcement is something you’ve been considering, now might be your chance. Bexar County Sheriff Javier Salazar was here with more on what it takes to get started and who they’re looking for.
On October 17 they have a Law Enforcement Testing site, and you can become a Patrol Deputy, weather you’ve worked as a correctional officer or not. Come out in comfortable clothes to workout in because after the aptitude test you will take a physical test. You only need to be 20 and a half to take the test and then move into a 6-month program before getting a job as a law enforcement officer.
From there you can work your way up in the law enforcement career. There is a job for everyone within law enforcement.
