The Smoothie King on Burroughs Avenue in Plano has permanently closed, according to notices posted on the front door and drive-thru lane of the business. The smoothie-based retail store was located in a strip mall on the city’s west side off of Route 34.
The notice thanks customers for their years of patronage and support of the restaurant and directs them to the nearest location, which is on Edward Lane in Yorkville. Other nearby locations include Plainfield and Naperville.
