The Michelin Guide announced its Texas restaurant list for 2026 on Thursday. While no Houston-area restaurants received new Michelin stars this year, all six of last year’s honorees maintained their one-star status.
Additionally, five local restaurants were added to the Bib Gourmand list, which recognizes restaurants with “great food at a great value.” Additionally, nine local restaurants were added to the Recommended list, which recognizes restaurants with “above average food.” Three local culinary professionals also received Special Awards for their work.
