Sometimes I just want to enjoy a delicious fall drink without feeling like I’m drinking an entire pumpkin patch!
Thankfully, fall has plenty of other delicious flavors to offer, and some of our favorite local El Paso coffee shops are proving that pumpkin spice doesn’t have to be the star of the season.

Apple Is Giving Pumpkin Spice Some Serious Competition This Fall

A red velvet chai topped with white chocolate cold foam?! A black sesame raspberry matcha?! These are the kinds of creative drinks that make me want to skip my usual coffee order and try something completely different.
But one thing I noticed while checking out all these fall menus is that apple seems to be having a moment this year!
Apple butter, apple-inspired drinks, and all kinds of cozy apple flavors are popping up, and I’m here for it. Pumpkin spice might be the unofficial flavor of fall, but I think apple deserves a little more recognition.
