Officials with the Ronald McDonald House Greater Houston chapter in the Texas Medical Center unveiled their new look and tagline Oct. 15 as part of the organization’s global initiative.

Long story short

The refreshed logo combines the organization’s heart-and-home graphic with the iconic McDonald’s red, according to a news release. The logo also honors more than five decades of partnership.

Along with the logo, the nonprofit organization also released its new tagline, “Family Stays.”

“Family Stays is more than a tagline to underscore our new brand—it reflects the heart of who we are and what families need most during a child’s medical journey,” Houston CEO Cristina Vetrano said via news release. “We believe every family needs to stay together through life’s most difficult moments.”

The full tagline reads: There’s a difference between someone who stops by and someone who stays. Visitors come and go, providing support as they’re able… But families? Families stay. They stay in every hard conversation, every impossible decision. They put their entire lives on hold just to be close to the one who needs them most. Families stay—and we stay with them.
