EL PASO, Texas (KTSM) — The El Paso Police are looking for a missing 48-year-old woman with mental halth issues who was last seen on Saturday, Oct. 24.
Vondora Jean Haney Gutierrez, 48, was last seen at about 8:30 a.m. Saturday near 1100 Stanley St. in El Paso’s Lower Valley. Police say she has been diagnosed with a mental disorder.

The missing person wrote in a log that she was going to visit family and left her residence. She was last seen traveling on foot north on Stanley toward Gateway East.
She was wearing a black shirt, black jacket, black leggings and light purple shoes.
