A Temporary Flight Restriction has been issued by the FAA spanning 10 nautical miles around the Civic Center. This will be in effect from sunup to sundown and pertains to drone use.
Protesters will have a designated area in the parking lot of the MCM Elegante, located at 801 Avenue Q.
Also near the vicinity of the MCM Elegante will be a mobile booking location, similar to what is used during Texas Tech game days, for anyone who becomes disruptive in or around tomorrow’s rally. This mobile booking location will be staffed by Lubbock Sheriff’s Office personnel.
