You can see pretty much everything in Nathan Fielder’s new documentary about disgraced Theranos founder Elizabeth Holmes, including a home where her family once stayed in Central Texas. That house is now on sale for more than $2 million in the Zilker neighborhood of downtown Austin.

The nearly 2,500-square-foot luxury home is located at 606 Josephine St., according to a joint Instagram post by luxury Austin home agent, Amy Deane and Moreland Properties. An early October Zillow listing of the home says it’s currently on the market for $2.25 million.

Steps away from South Lamar, Barton Springs and Zilker Park, the two-story home features four bedrooms, three bathrooms and expansive kitchen and living areas. Deluxe amenities include “top-of-the-line appliances, a Taj Mahal waterfall quartzite island,” a “backyard oasis,” and a floor-to-ceiling wood-burning tile fireplace located in the living room that opens up into the kitchen, per the Moreland Properties website.

Photos of the property also show a second-floor balcony and a secondary living area, with outdoor seating boasting panoramic views of the downtown skyline and a wet bar for entertaining.

In the film, Holmes’ husband, Billy Evans, is seen temporarily living in the Zilker home with their two kids after she goes into a federal prison in Bryan,  two hours east of Austin. Before the house was listed for sale, it was leased on July 15, 2024, according to Moreland Properties.

The documentary also shows Evans working on his new venture at WeWork, which is less than a mile away from the home on Barton Springs Road.
