AMLI Treehouse is welcoming its first residents while expanding outdoor recreation opportunities for the community
A new apartment community is welcoming residents in Addison. AMLI Treehouse, developed by AMLI Residential, which previously expanded its Dallas office in Addison, is bringing 600 residential units to 14755 Midway Road, alongside a new public park and an extension of the Redding Trail.
One- and two-bedroom apartments are now available for lease, with three-bedroom options coming soon. The project also includes 30 rental townhomes with garages expected in 2027, live/work opportunities and more than 12,000 square feet of planned neighborhood retail space.
An Apartment Community Built Around Nature
Beyond its residential offerings, AMLI Treehouse is adding 3.7 acres of public green space, featuring walking trails, public art and a new connection to Addison’s larger trail network.
The project also emphasizes preserving the area’s existing trees. Four heritage live oaks were relocated to the new park before construction began, while more than 350 additional trees were planted throughout the property.
“By preserving mature trees, expanding public green space and connecting the neighborhood to Addison’s trail system, we’re creating an environment that benefits both our residents and the broader community,” said Taylor Bowen, president and CEO of AMLI Development Company.
The apartment community is also targeting LEED Gold certification as part of its sustainability efforts.
What’s Next?
While residents are already moving into AMLI Treehouse, additional residential options and retail spaces are still planned. Nearby, Cadence Homes is offering three-story townhomes for sale along Redding Trail, starting in the high $500,000s.
AMLI Residential will officially present the new public park and trail extension to the Town of Addison during a community event on Nov. 5, from 5 to 8 p.m. For more information, visit AMLI Treehouse.
