SAN ANTONIO – One person is dead after being struck by a vehicle on the Northeast Side, according to the San Antonio Fire Department.
The crash happened just after 6:50 p.m. near the 2300 block of Austin Hwy, not far from Perrin Beitel.
KSAT has a crew at the scene, and this story will be updated as more information becomes available.
