SAN ANTONIO — Two San Antonio police officers were shot early Wednesday morning, according to officials.

San Antonio Police Chief William McManus confirmed on X that two of his officers were shot at a location off of U.S. Highway 90. He also said the suspect was “down.”

The San Antonio Express-News is reporting that the officers were shot at a hotel on the West Side around 8:30 a.m.
