PLANO, Ky. (WBKO) – Earlier this afternoon, Plano Fire Department responded to a vehicle fire in Plano. Before their arrival, the caller reported that the fire spread to a camper.
This prompted Plano to ask for assistance from Woodburn and Alvaton Fire Departments.
First-arriving Plano crews found a 30’ tow-behind camper fully involved, with the fire extending into a nearby field and a two-bay detached garage. Firefighters worked quickly to bring the fire under control in just 12 minutes.
No injuries were reported. The cause of the fire remains unclear at this time.
