The 915 Chihuahua Club showed up in full magical force on Saturday as Gringo Theory transformed into a wizarding wonderland for the 2nd Annual Triwizard Pawsome Tournament. I had the honor of serving as a guest judge, all in support of the El Paso Pug Rescue. The entire patio was filled with dog lovers, costumed pups, and vendors ready to celebrate a day dedicated to Harry Puppers.
Adorable Puppy Sorting Hat Ceremony
The day kicked off with a crowd pleasing puppy sorting hat ceremony. From tiny Hufflepuffs to dramatic Slytherins, every dog got its moment in the spotlight as cheers filled the patio. It set the tone for a fun and fully immersive Wizarding World experience.
Texas Armadillo Wood Art Creates Magical Awards
I had the pleasure of handing out beautifully crafted wooden plaque awards made by Texas Armadillo Wood Art. These plaques were stunning and fit right into the magical theme. As a surprise, I was even gifted one of my own for helping judge the event.
Photo Finish Quidditch Puppy Race
One of the biggest moments of the afternoon came during the quidditch puppy race. I got to call the winner in a thrilling photo finish that had every spectator on their feet.
Watching those tiny legs sprint toward glory felt like witnessing a canine version of a championship match.

Patches Packs showed up ready to spoil the pups with healthy treats. Their booth was buzzing all afternoon as dogs and owners sampled their tasty, pet friendly snacks.

Capture That Pooch Pet Photography took some of the most adorable Harry Potter themed portraits I have ever seen. Their setup turned pups into wizards, students, and magical creatures with photos that deserve a spot on the walls of Hogwarts.

Bark Bowtique showcased their classy pet accessories that had every dog looking runway ready. And of course, Athena, the beautiful face of the brand, was there greeting fans and modeling the latest designs.
