No. 3 Texas A&M’s (10-0, 7-0 SEC) epic and historic comeback win over South Carolina, a game where the Aggies were down 30-3 at the half, not only shocked every Aggie in Kyle Field that day, but further proved that this team has shattered the previous notion that Texas A&’s struggles in November, reaching 10-0 for the first time since 1992.

Behind starting quarterback Marcel Reed’s elite second-half performance, the redshirt sophomore shattered his previous career high through the air, passing for 439 yards, including 289 yards and three touchdowns in the second half, looking like the Heisman Trophy candidate we’ve all witnessed throughout the first nine games of the season.

However, ascending wide receiver Ashton Bethel-Roman, who reeled in a career high 139 yards, including his impressive 39-yard touchdown, injured his ankle after his 76-yard reception, but stated after the game that he should be good to go before the Aggies host Samford during senior night on Saturday afternoon.

Sophomore running back Rueben Owens, who suffered an injury late in the game, is also expected to return, as head coach Mike Elko stated on Monday that Owens and wide receiver Mario Craver, who dealt with a lower-body injury last week but did play against the Gamecocks, are both doing “Great” heading into the new week.

Senior running back Le’Veon Moss, who has missed the last four games due to his ankle injury, is still expected to return during the regular season. Still, with just two games remaining against Samford and Texas, I’d expect Moss to return against the Longhorns in a limited fashion.
