This holiday season, the City of Houston will come alive with cheer. From rooftop winter wonderlands, to downtown ice rinks, and full-scale Christmas theme parks: Houston has it all. For a holiday experience with a little more Houston flavor, step up to the plate at Daikin Park, who are gearing up to host Astros Light up the Park this year!
Astros Light Up the Park debuts at Daikin Park this Saturday, November 22. The new event will see a holiday takeover of the Houston ballpark, featuring a grand slam of immersive holiday lights and music as well as Astros and Houston-themed displays.

Additionally, the park will feature special guests including Astros Santa and Orbit, the latter available on Monday nights. Specialty holiday menus will also be available, including classic Christmas treats like hot chocolate, holiday cookies, and nostalgic treats. Holiday Astros merch will also be available at the Astros Team Store, which itself has undergone a holiday wonderland transformation.
“This immersive experience is designed for people of all ages and will offer a magical blend of lights, sounds and holiday joy with an Astros twist!”
Throughout the Astros-themed holiday activation, the ballpark will host a series of special events. Special events lined up for Astros Light Up the Park include the following:
Military Appreciation Night (December 3) Ugly Sweater Night (December 6) Date Night (December 13) Family Movie Night (December 20) Pajama Night (December 29)
