A major head-on collision in Spring has closed westbound lanes on Spring Stuebner Road, just off I-45.
Constable deputies reported that a wrong-way driver was involved in the crash on the 1700 block of Spring Stuebner Road, close to Spring Plaza Drive.
One person is currently trapped inside a vehicle, with EMS and fire crews on the scene working to assist the victims.
Authorities are urging drivers to use caution and expect significant delays as emergency personnel manage the scene.
Our Sky 2 Chopper is heading to the scene of the incident.
No updates have been released regarding the condition of the drivers involved.
