BODYROK, a pilates studio, opened its first Dallas location last week on Nov. 14 at Preston Forest Shopping Center.
BODYROK offers high-intensity, low-impact reformer pilates, according to the company. Classes are 45 minutes each. The company’s website says beginners are welcome.
The Preston Forest location held its grand opening on Nov. 15 and is offering a limited number of memberships at a discounted rate to celebrate the studio’s opening.
According to @bodyrokdallas on Instagram, a BODYROK location will be coming soon to West Village. More information can be found on BODYROK’s website.
