American Ballet Theatre’s Chloe Misseldine Makes Her Texas Debut

For the first time, Texas audiences will see Chloe Misseldine, a principal dancer with American Ballet Theatre, perform the role of the Sugar Plum Fairy.

Misseldine, 23, has quickly become one of ballet’s brightest rising stars. She was promoted to principal in July 2024 after a celebrated debut in Swan Lake, earning national attention for her refined technique and commanding artistry.

Her appearance with Chamberlain Ballet offers a rare opportunity for local audiences to see one of the most talked-about dancers in the world live on stage.

Joining her as the Cavalier is Tyler Angle, a principal dancer with New York City Ballet appearing courtesy of NYCB. Known for his elegance, partnering mastery and acclaimed performances in Balanchine works, Angle brings exceptional depth and presence to this year’s production.

Additional Guest Artists From Bruce Wood Dance

Two standout performers from Bruce Wood Dance Dallas will also join the cast:

Weaver Rhodes as Ambrosia Hour

Elliott Ludovic Trahan as the Rat King

Their performances add even more dimension and dynamic energy to Chamberlain Ballet’s beloved holiday tradition.
