SAN ANTONIO – Police have arrested a British man who allegedly admitted online to inappropriately touching a child.
According to a post on Facebook from the Pleasanton Police Department, 52-year-old Warren Baker, who has Lawful Permanent Residency in the United States, was arrested on Oct. 10 in Bexar County.
On August 18, 2025, officers received a report containing limited information about a 52-year-old male who had admitted online to inappropriately touching a child.
Detectives successfully investigated leads as to who the child may be, and were able to successfully identify the child and arrange a forensic interview.
During the interview, the child disclosed ongoing sexual abuse by the suspect over the past three years, occurring while they lived in the City of Pleasanton.
Investigators were able to locate the suspect in San Antonio and obtained a statement from him. Using that information, investigators developed sufficient probable cause and secured an arrest warrant.
The suspect was arrested with assistance from the Bexar County Sheriff’s Office and has been charged with Indecency with a Child, a second-degree felony.
