CABOOL, Mo. (KY3) – A 10-year-old boy died Saturday afternoon after crashing his four-wheeler in Texas County.
According to the Missouri State Highway Patrol, the crash happened on Highway AK about 10 miles northwest of Cabool. The boy was driving the four-wheeler in the grass next to the road when he hit a hole.
The impact caused the four-wheeler to become airborne and overturn, ejecting the boy. He was pronounced dead at the hospital.
This is Troop G’s 32nd fatality this year, compared to 22 at this same time last year.
