ARLINGTON — The Dallas Cowboys held a moment of silence and showed a video tribute before their game Sunday against the Eagles to honor defensive end Marshawn Kneeland.
Kneeland passed away Nov. 6 from a self-inflicted gunshot wound near the team facility in Frisco.
For the last two games, the Cowboys have worn T-shirts with his face on them and defensive line coach Aaron Whitecotton arrived at games wearing Kneeland’s jersey.
The Cowboys also have Kneeland’s No. 94 as a helmet decal, and they have displayed Kneeland’s jersey on the bench for their last two games.

On Sunday, as the defense was introduced to the crowd in pregame, defensive tackle Osa Odighizuwa carried a large blue flag with Kneeland’s name on it from the tunnel.
Kneeland’s family also attended Sunday’s game, watching from a suite.
