The third round of the 2025 Texas high school football playoffs lands during the Thanksgiving holiday week as teams eyes possible regional final berths next week.
There are still 27 undefeated teams remaining in the state across all classifications. Of those, there are only two third-round pairings in the state between undefeated teams: Friday’s Springtown vs. Alvarado game Friday in Class 4A Division I and the Granger vs. Junction game Friday in Class 2A DII.
