A new coffee spot is coming to East-Central El Paso.

7Brew Drive-Thru Coffee is a national chain that launched in Rogers, Arkansas, and now boasts dozens of locations across the country, from New York to Alabama, North Carolina to Utah.

The company began with a simple mission to revolutionize drive-thru coffee service. Beginning with only seven specialty coffee drinks, 7Brew now offers a wide variety of coffees, energy drinks, fizzes, teas, lemonades, smoothies and shakes.

Where is it?

The new 7Brew Drive-Thru Coffee location will be setting up shop at 6655 Gateway Blvd. West, according to the city’s permit and licensing page.

Located near Airway Boulevard, the new coffee shop will be located near the Comfort Inn and Suites beside I-10 near Teddy’s Lounge and flanked by a Starbuck’s coffee shop on one side and a Jimmy John’s on the other.

What was there before?

The new 7Brew Drive-Thru Coffee location will be a new construction site, according to the city’s permit and licensing page.

The construction will consist of a new 510-square-foot prefabricated building along with a separate remote cooler and storage building. Proposed access for the site will be via the existing Airway Boulevard access road.

Who is the contractor?

The contractor for the project is not listed on the city’s website, but the applicant is Michael Serrato of CEI Engineering Associates Inc. of Bentonville, Arkansas. The owner is listed as SMBN1 Inc. of El Paso.

The project is valued at $750,000.
