LUBBOCK, Texas (KCBD) – The City of Lubbock says repairs are in progress after a contractor hit a water line at 114th & Frankford on Wednesday.
The city says the contractor hit a 12-inch water main on Wednesday afternoon, causing localized flooding with standing water.
The water valve has been turned off while repairs are made and water will be pumped out of the area as soon as service can be restored.
