A former Dallas Cowboys cornerback is heading to the AFC South.

Kaiir Elam signed with the Tennessee Titans on Wednesday, the team announced. According to The Tennessean, the Titans are dealing with several injuries at the cornerback position. Elam would give the team a veteran presence at the position as the 2025 season moves forward.

The Cowboys waived Elam on Saturday ahead of their Week 12 meeting with the Philadelphia Eagles. Dallas traded for Elam, a former first-round pick by the Buffalo Bills in 2022, during the offseason. The Cowboys sent a 2025 fifth-round pick and a 2026 seventh-round pick to Buffalo in exchange for Elam and a 2025 sixth-round pick.

Before signing with Tennessee, Elam visited the New York Jets earlier in the week.
