Texas Tech comes back from a bye with a four-game winning streak after blowing out visiting UCF 48-9 on Nov. 15. Behren Morton has 2,118 passing yards to go with 17 touchdowns and four interceptions in nine games, while Cameron Dickey powers the run game with 944 yards and 13 scores. J’Koby Williams checks in with 647 yards and five TDs. Three receivers have at least 40 receptions, including Caleb Douglas (48 catches, 696 yards, five touchdowns), Reggie Virgil (45 grabs, 561 yards, six scores) and Coy Eakin (41 receptions, 532 yards, four TDs). Defensively, David Bailey leads the team with 12.5 sacks, while Jacob Rodriguez and Brice Pollock have four interceptions apiece.
West Virginia’s bowl hopes all but evaporated with a 25-23 loss at Arizona State on Nov. 15. Scotty Fox has 1,178 yards with seven touchdowns and five interceptions in nine games, with Cam Vaughn catching 33 passes for 541 yards and four scores. Diore Hubbard leads the team with 335 rushing yards and four TDs.Â
