Texas A&M’s 2026 recruiting class will be all but complete during Early Signing Day on Wednesday, December 3, as the program’s 26 commits, including several likely flip candidates, will put pen to paper and officially become members of the 2026 Texas A&M roster.
Led by five-star cornerback Brandon Arrington, the “crown jewel” of the cycle, Texas A&M’s 11-1 finish during the 2025 regular season, despite losing to rival Texas on Friday, made a significant impact on every one of the program’s 2026 commits, who feel second-year head coach Mike Elko’s authentic personality and coaching acumen will lead to Texas A&M become a consistent championship contender.
However, in the new age of NIL, verbal commitments only act as a rental agreement until signing day, providing other programs, including Texas A&M, with the ability to flip commitments within each of the Power Four conferences, as Elko and his staff have their eyes on several flip targets, including five-star safety and Auburn commit, Bralan Womack.
After receiving predictions to flip Womack and four-star edge and Florida commit KJ Ford, only one of those predictions still holds, as Rivals recruiting insider Steve Wiltfong provided his final thoughts regarding Texas A&M’s standing with four recruits/commits.
Five-star S Bralan Womack (Auburn commit)
Auburn has officially replaced Hugh Freeze with former USF head coach Alex Golesh, and according to Wiltfong, Bralan Womack will likely keep his commitment with the Tigers if Golesh retains interim HC and defensive coordinator DJ Durkin. Also, Womack’s sister, Ma’Nia Womack, plays softball at Auburn.

After visiting Mississippi State, the Bulldogs are also in the mix, so Mike Elko will be in “wait and see” mode for the elite defender this week.
Four-star LB/S Tamarion Watkins (Texas A&M commit)
An underrated storyline: as one of Texas A&M’s more versatile commits, linebacker/safety Tamarion Watkins, a South Carolina native, recently visited the Gamecocks. Still, Wiltfong feels that Watkins is locked in with the Aggies ahead of ESD.
Four-star Edge Kevin (KJ) Ford (Florida commit)
This one’s interesting. Florida has officially hired former Tulane head coach Jon Sumrall, which is not the “sexy” hire that would sway recruits to stay with the program. After visiting Texas A&M last month, four-star edge KJ Ford is still predicted to flip to the Aggies as soon as Wednesday, which is excellent news after losing four-star edge Jordan Carter.
Four-star WR Ethan “Boobie” Feaster (USC commit)
Texas A&M’s connection with four-star wide receiver Boobie Feaster was reignited after the No. 4-ranked wide receiver attended the Aggies’ 48-0 win over Samford, watching his former DeSoto HS teammate, freshman running back Tiger Riden, who scored his first career touchdown against the Bulldogs.
Texas A&M’s wide receiver haul includes four-stars Aaron Gregory, Madden Williams, Mike Brown, and former Houston commit Jayden Warren, so while it isn’t critical to flip Feaster, this would make the Aggies’ future WR rotation one of the more elite units in college football.
