Esmeralda Herrera-Teran, Chief Executive Officer of YWCA, says the organization is more than offering programs delivered in coordinated, multi-service environments.

“This year, what we’re doing is we’re expanding the program for more grade levels and going into high school and college as a transition. We want to mentor the young women throughout their academic year and in transitioning them into higher education. We’re also doing our fitness connections with our seniors. They have so much fun at YWCA.”

The YWCA is always looking for volunteers. If you’d like to make a difference in the community or make a donation,  or learn more about the programs it offers, click here.
