SAN ANTONIO – Authorities are investigating a case of animal cruelty after a cat was found with a blow dart lodged in its back.
The incident happened around 1 p.m. on November 28 near Spring Terrace Drive and Spring Rain Drive, when a homeowner discovered the dart stuck in the spine of their cat, Smokey.
