EL PASO, Texas (KFOX14/CBS4) — A pedestrian was struck by a vehicle in central El Paso on Wednesday.

The incident happened around 3 p.m. on the 500 block of Copia Street and Gateway West.

One person was taken to the hospital.

The person was taken to the hospital with serious injuries.
