Cevitr Ltd., a London-based provider of “digital workers” powered by robotic process automation (RPA) and AI solutions, has expanded to the U.S. with a new office in the Dallas suburb of Richardson. Founded in 2018, the company has two offices in the U.K. and says its expansion to North Texas reflects its ambition to become “a global supplier” of RPA and AI solutions.

Cevitr’s digital workers aren’t people—they are cloud-based, fully managed automation solutions that operate 24/7, 365 days a year, completing tasks with “speed and accuracy.” That frees people from monotonous, repetitive work, the company says, “so they can focus on higher-value tasks, enabling organizations to be highly productive.”

Cevitr calls its personified digital worker “Jo,” and says Jo has been put to work for a roster of clients in construction, hospitality, manufacturing, retail, healthcare, and the charitable sector, among others. The company said it differentiates itself with an easy-to-adopt model for businesses of all sizes, delivering value “in a matter of weeks” with a focus on business outcomes.

Richardson selected for UTD proximity, local talent pool

Richardson was selected as the “perfect location” for Cevitr’s North American headquarters “due to its strong information technology industries, proximity to the University of Texas at Dallas, and access to excellent local talent,” the company said.

Cevitr said it’s investing in the U.S. market and building capability in the Dallas area by hiring and nurturing local talent. Its expansion to North Texas “has been carefully planned over recent years,” the company added.

U.S. leadership

Jaideep Mudholkar will lead the company’s U.S. entity as president and CEO of the newly established Cevitr Inc. Mudholkar “brings extensive experience and a proven track record of building businesses to the American market,” the company said.

“Our U.S. operations are built on our core business philosophy: delivering true ‘feet on the ground’ support to local clients,” Mudholkar said in a statement. “This approach allows us to develop capabilities critical for building a strong, enduring business, while leveraging the pedigree and rich experience gained from our successful U.K. operations.”

“We’re enthusiastic about the opportunities ahead and committed to making a meaningful impact in the market,” Mudholkar added.

Cevitr Ltd.’s managing director, Ramesh Menon, said his company is “excited to launch our U.S. operations, building on the strong foundation established by our U.K. business.”

Its subsidiary TownSq is a leading tech platform providing comprehensive solutions for homeowner association communities. HOAM said it aims to expand its client base to more than 100,000 HOAs within the next eight months.

Originally known for its expertise in Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA) systems, Signature Automation has grown to provide a wide variety of services for clients in the municipal, water/wastewater, and correctional sectors.
