HOUSTON – Houston police are investigating a deadly incident near the Park Place area on Friday.
Around 8:30 a.m., officers received a call about a crash near the intersection of Park Place Boulevard and the Gulf Freeway feeder.
Police confirmed at least one person died in the accident connected to a possible carjacking.
Initial reports say shots were fired at some point during the incident.
The investigation is ongoing.
