ARLINGTON, Texas — Atmos Energy crews are responding to a natural gas leak in Arlington, leading to a closure on West Randol Mill Road.
The Arlington Fire Department is on scene in the 2600 block of West Randol Mill Road. The road has been closed in both directions while crews make repairs, officials say.Â
Atmos estimates the repairs will take between six and eight hours to complete. Drivers are asked to avoid the area and use alternate routes.
According to the Arlington Fire Department (AFD), the odor is drifting south toward Woodbine Street, but monitors don’t show any gas alerts. AFD units will be on scene until repairs are complete.
