Corpus Christi, TX (October 10, 2025) – Authorities responded to a serious single-vehicle crash on Highway 70 Thursday afternoon, according to the Texas Department of Public Safety (DPS).

The crash was reported at approximately 1:42 p.m., prompting an emergency response from DPS troopers, Precinct 3 constables, and air medical services. 

Officials confirmed that two people were ejected from the vehicle during the collision. The extent of their injuries has not yet been disclosed.

HALO-Flight air ambulance was called to the scene to assist in transporting victims. As of now, no fatalities have been confirmed, and the incident remains under investigation.

Authorities have not yet released details on what caused the crash, and motorists are being advised to avoid the area while emergency personnel continue to work at the scene.
