EL PASO, Texas (KFOX14/CBS4) — El Paso Water is set to install new water meters across the city, replacing the older models.
Adam Wickersham, vice president of information technology for El Paso Water, explained the differences between the old and new meters during a community conversation.
The new meters are designed to provide more accurate readings and improve efficiency.
Wickersham confirmed that the meter replacement is mandatory, and residents cannot opt out of the installation.
