As the holiday season approaches, a cold front is on the horizon for North Texas.
Saturday is starting mostly sunny with temperatures reaching a high near 65 degrees during the day, according to the National Weather Service’s Fort Worth office.
Clouds will move in at night, and temperatures are likely to drop overnight to near freezing, around 33 degrees. North Texans can also expect windy conditions overnight with gusts as high as 25 mph.
Sunday’s high is expected to reach a brisk 44 degrees, with overnight temperatures dropping to 29 degrees.
