Over a year ago, a long time running business in Abernathy caught on fire. Even though the restaurant was located about 21 miles north of Lubbock, it seemed as though most people in Lubbock had heard of or even eaten at A Little Slice of Heaven. The fire last year destroyed the ten-year-old business, but A Little Slice of Heaven is making a comeback, but in a new location.
A Little Slice of Heaven Opens Closer To Lubbock
On Monday, December 15, A Little Slice of Heaven reopened but not back in it’s original home of Abernathy. Instead, the owners have decided to reopen A Little Slice of Heaven in Wolfforth.
The new location is officially at 704 US-62 which used to be the home of the second location of All American Eatery.
What Does A Little Slice of Heaven Serve?
According to their Facebook page, they will be serving most of the same menu they had when they were located in Abernathy. Breakfast all day, chicken fried steak, burgers, etc. They will not have Fish Friday according to a Facebook page.
A Little Slice of Heaven is now open in Wolfforth, Texas at 704 Highway 62. They are open 7 days a week from 6am to 9pm.
