Dallas mortgage broker Michelle Ham and her team have joined Prosperity Home Mortgage, the affiliated mortgage lender of the Ebby Halliday Companies, the company announced Tuesday.
Ham, a market sales leader with more than 12 years of experience in the mortgage industry, leads the Michelle Ham Team, which works with buyers across multiple markets and price points. She is licensed as a mortgage consultant in Texas, Colorado, Arkansas, North Carolina, and Ohio, allowing her team to serve clients in several states. In Dallas, the team primarily works with buyers and agents “inside the LBJ loop” (Interstate 635).

Ham has spent her career in residential lending and has been recognized internally for production and performance, including earning Prosperity’s President’s Club designation in 2020 and multiple Chairman’s Club awards. A Baylor University graduate, she lives in Dallas and is active in the community. She is the mother of four children and one daughter-in-law and spends much of her free time with family, through church involvement, outdoor walks, pickleball, and supporting her children’s wrestling, football, and gymnastics activities.
Alongside Michelle, the team’s move to Prosperity is supported by Jennie Elverum, business development leader for Prosperity Home Mortgage. A third-generation real estate professional, Elverum brings a relationship-first mindset and a deep understanding of the industry to her role. She is a graduate of The University of Texas at Austin and began her career as a top-producing leasing agent before working alongside her mother, real estate professional Nora Ling Lane. Most recently, Elverum built and led business development efforts at Churchill Mortgage.
