KOAT obtained body camera footage from the 10th Judicial District Attorney’s Office on the search for a Texas couple found deceased in Quay County, New Mexico, on Dec. 2, 2025. According to investigators, Charles, 82, and Linda, 81, Lightfoot were reported missing on Friday, Nov. 28, 2025, shortly after Thanksgiving festivities with family, when they hadn’t returned home to Lubbock, Texas.
