Texas Longhorns defensive back Jaylon Guilbeau will reportedly enter the 2026 NFL Draft. The four-year player will also opt-out of the Cheez-It Citrus Bowl.
Guilbeau started 27 games for Texas over his time on the Forty Acres. He played in 44. The Port Arthur native had 124 tackles, 11 pass breakups, 8 tackles for a loss, one sack, and one interception.
The defensive back was benched in November. Always a part-time player, 6-foot-0, 183-pound DB had fewer snaps this season than true freshmen Graceson Littleton and Kade Phillips.
In high school, Guilbeau ranked No. 127 nationally, No. 18 among cornerbacks and No. 21 overall in the state of Texas by 247Sports.
Guilbeau said goodbye to Longhorns Nation on social media.
