The Plano Police Department says no one was hurt after a vehicle crashed through the front of Plano Liquor and Wine Friday night.
The store is located in the 400 block of East South Street (Route 34). Police say the driver, a 54-year-old Somonauk man, mistakenly pressed the accelerator and the brake while attempting to park, causing the vehicle to crash through the front glass of the store.
The crash happened at about 6:19 p.m. The vehicle has since been removed, and the damaged area was boarded up. Business has since resumed.
Police did not issue any tickets.
